Maintaining the security of our user’s data has always been our top priority. That’s why it was an easy decision for us to publically commit to comply with the EU-U.S. and SWISS-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework requirements.

What is Privacy Shield?

Privacy Shield is a framework for regulating exchanges of personal data between the European Union (EU) and the United States for commercial purposes. In accordance with GDPR, data transferred out of the EU may only be transferred to countries deemed as having adequate data protection laws. Additionally, the Framework offers EU individuals various avenues for addressing any concerns they may have regarding a participant’s compliance within the Framework, including free dispute resolution.

What does this mean?

It means we meet the highest standards of data privacy! As an EU or Swiss individual, when your data is being transferred to Siber Systems (a participating U.S. based company), it’s being done in a responsible manner compliant with the Privacy Shield Framework.
